Easter Sunday has come and gone, and it was such a beautiful day! I much prefer Easter to be in April because the weather is normally better, but this past Sunday really showed off with nice temps and bright sunshine.
Easter basket fun! I couldn’t resist making a little basket for Ruby. I love that Corinne is really getting into holidays these days…the first words out of her mouth when she opened her eyes were, “Did the Easter Bunny come?”
Bedhead and Care Bears! She has been really into that show lately, so she was very excited to see Funshine in her basket. She wanted to know where all the other Care Bears were, haha!
We arrived at Brian’s parent’s home around lunch time, and decided to start the day with the egg hunt.
Corinne’s got that competitive spirit – she had so much fun with the hunt!
We stuffed ourselves with Easter lunch, and then it was time to play outside more and enjoy the beautiful day…
Soccer with Uncle Dave…
Playing by the creek…
And the youngest of the clan kept the mamas entertained!
This girl has such a heart for her uncles…it is adorable!
Easter gifts from Grandma and Papa…these guys aren’t loved at all 😉
They got some fun spring outdoor toys!
I’m so grateful for a beautiful day with these two cuties, and Brian’s family. Corinne’s birthday was Monday, and we are all so exhausted from lots of celebrating (and let’s face it…too much candy). We need a detox from all the fun, ha! I hope everyone had a special Easter holiday with their families.
