What I Love
what i love: hair flair

When I found out we were having a baby girl years ago, my first thought was “I knew it!”  My second thought?  Oh yes – I can start buying hair bows.

I try to keep Corinne’s selection pretty generic, so the bows can be easily paired with many outfits in different seasons.  Here are my favorite places to shop for hair flair!

My absolute favorite bows are these classic bow clips from Fallen Star Couture, Inc.  I bought these in about 10 colors before Corinne was born, and they are by far the most used in our collection.  When she was a newborn I would clip them on a stretchy headband.   Now, I clip them into her little ponytails.  They are affordable, classic, sweet and well made!

These shabby chic flower headbands from Lexy’s Classic Bowtique were also a favorite of mine when Corinne was a baby.  This shop has awesome prices, a ton of selection and great service.  When Corinne got older and wouldn’t keep the headbands on, I snipped off the headband part, hot glued an alligator clip to the back – and voila! – a ponytail clip.

A new favorite of mine are these oh-so-girly bows from Averie and Jane.  How adorable?!  I jumped on that deep burgundy color shown 2nd from the top, and I also got this black glittery bow.

Do your little girlies handle bows/headbands well?  Corinne nixed headbands pretty early on, but she is used to a bow being clipped in her hair.  I love the sweet touch it adds to her outfits!
